Update On Scavenging

It was amazing. There were a noticable lack of people rummanging the cans. A person would look at the note attached, then leave. We will see what happens next week.

Wiseburn Watch Fights Scavenging

Wiseburn has recently seen a large influx of people who are scavenging recyclables from the weekly bins put out for pick up. Wiseburn Watch members have attached a flyer to the bins advising of the Los Angeles County Code 120.72.196 pertaining to scavenging. Scavenging hurts the local recycling programs.
